Inventory Flag Reports - Order selectors may flag an
inventory tag due to a serious problem such as wrong location or
incorrect count. This report will allow your inventory
specialists to know what needs to be fixed as reported by other
employees.
Inventory Tag History - View detailed information on every
transaction for a specific barcode in your inventory, past or present.
If you ever need to know who did what, this is the place to find it.
Receiving Scan Report - This report will show what is still
sitting on the dock. If you're looking at the dock and it's
empty, and this report says you have product there.... you've got a
problem. When this happens we stand a very strong chance of
helping you locate the inventory in your warehouse.
Physical Inventory Recap - This report will show you the
number of pieces counted during an inventory as well as a per user
break down.
Mass Delete 0 Qty Inv Tags - Once a barcode has been
depleted, there is no sense having them stay in the system. Just
because there is no inventory on that barcode, it could show up as a
possible pick location. This report will neatly dispose of
deleted barcodes so that your employees are not looking for ghost
inventory.
Stocking Report - This report will show you all items in your
facility that are NOT in a mapped picking location.
Sample Router - This report will map you through the
warehouse and show you where to get samples for either your show room,
a trade show, or something other important event.
Items Needing Data Entry / Updating - See items and locations
for product which needs to have data entry completed into the product
catalog.
Pick Route Editor - You retain full control over how product
is physically picked from your warehouse. You have the ability to
specify pick location order as well as determine which locations are
for selection and which are for overstock storage.
Item List for Specific Location - This report shows product
between a starting and stopping location. It can come in very
handy for your inventory control specialists to do their visual checks.
IT#s not updated in date range - This report shows barcodes
which have not been physically touched within a certain date range.
It's a quick way to visually spot items which are very slow movers, or
perhaps simply ghost inventory which needs to be deleted from the
system.
Restocking Report - Just what it says. This program
will let you key in a minimum inventory level and then generate a
report for you so that you can pull inventory to stock your pick
locations. If you have mins and maxs set for your pick locations,
this report does not apply.
Item History Report - If you ever need to know the entire
history of a product, including the order selection, physical moves,
queries or other transactions for an item, this report will give you
that information. It can come in very useful when you are trying
to narrow down an inventory issue with a certain product.
