SkuFlow Inventory Systems was founded in 1996 as a
programming and web design firm. We began to piece together old ideas set in new technologies.
Managing inventory is as old as business itself, however, with the
mainstream integration of Radio Frequency (RF) technology in the early and mid 1990's, we saw
that as the niche we had been searching for.
Our main idea was to establish a powerful network where clients could
login and run our software in a fast, encrypted environment from anywhere in
the world. This business plan has two distinct advantages.
First, this format allows us
to put changes and improvements into action instantly for all of our clients
without the need to stop their production or download patches.
Secondly, it allows our clients to manage multiple facilities and monitor
data from several locations in real time. We had
found the flexibility and power we were looking for.
SkuFlow Inventory Systems started out as a bare-bone program that allowed
you to scan in/out, locate, and move inventory. It was pretty fast and
we soon started adding applications on a daily basis. Today, SkuFlow
is an enterprise class business solution with clients of all sizes from
mom-and-pop stores to multi-million dollar corporations.
At SkuFlow, we take care of our customers by providing custom programming
for usually no extra cost. Our staff of programmers listen to your
needs and then put those needs into action. Our basic philosophy is
that if you have a need, let us make the programming public to all of our
customers and we will not charge you for the new application. Your
needs make our software that much more of a complete business system.
Skuflow is currently composed of over 465 programs and functions (October,
2005) and we are finding more applications to produce on a daily basis.
New Projects
In
the Spring of 2004, we began to work on a special set of Internet seller
services and started to integrate other major web
sites such as Amazon, Abebooks, and Ebay into our services. Our goal
is to let people use our software to manage their inventory and then to list
it on these web sites as soon as it hits the dock and is received.
We look forward to serving both our existing and future customers in the
years to come. Each new customer brings new dimensions to our System
which increases the productivity of our existing clients.
